Hi, I'm Phil Marley: a freelance video game designer and writer.  I'm currently working as a lead designer on two very different products for UK developers across Wii, Xbox 360 and PS3.

My previous experience includes:

'Gamer's Games' - titles ranging from flying action game Eagle One on the PlayStation to 3D shooter Terracide on PC by way of Pilot Academy on PSP, Wheelman on Xbox 360/PS3/PC and a couple of other current-gen games I'm not allowed to talk about yet. I have worked in the FPS, flying action, sports, driving and platformer genres.

Sims - Lead designer of the number one hit and million-plus seller Microsoft Train Simulator

Advergames - Lead designer of Pamplona Extreme for Rexona, which went straight to the top of the download charts and attracted excellent ratings.

Mobile Games - Lead designer on over 35 titles, including ship-with-handset titles for Nokia, groundbreaking Mobile Soccer and number one hit Crash Bandicoot title Crash Twinsanity.

Casual Games - Lead designer of bestseller Buzz! The Sports Quiz

I have over twelve years industry experience and have been lucky enough to work with most of the major publishers including Microsoft, Sony, Nokia, Vodafone, Midway, Eidos and Infogrames.

I have been entrusted with licenses including Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Judge Dredd and WWE Wrestling.

I have been nominated for an interactive BAFTA, the Hollywod Scriptwriter Award of Excellence in Writing and Best Screenplay at the Action on Film Festival. I was also awarded 'Best Screenplay' at the Ohio Independent Film Festival in 2006.

I have written for comics, magazines, fiction and non-fiction books and, of course, video games.

How can I help you? :)
